A 3-ton pizza oven was delivered on Thursday to the former Bailey-Robbins Building in Pennington Gap with the renovated location soon to be the home for Outsiders Pizzeria and Bar. Jonathan Lynch, proprietor of Local’s in downtown Pennington Gap, will be the owner of the handcrafted, wood-fire pizzeria with the Pennington Gap IDA aiding his expansion into this new venture. Quesenberry’s Inc. provided the industrial forklift used to move the oven through the window with a crew of helpers lending a hand in rolling the heavy unit into position.
