The Lee High School Marching Band performed a couple of selections for the downtown crowd on Saturday during the Lee County Tobacco Festival Parade with an array of floats and other entries resulting in an hour-long parade. Jayson Pranger (right photo) was eager to drink some chocolate milk following the 18-round pepper eating contest with Pranger the champion. The annual Cruise-In attracted a nice display of vintage vehicles with several joining the parade lineup.
